Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to support inbuilding and venue projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in implementing and managing the construction of small cells in the public right of way. This role requires a high proficiency in RF engineering and experience in managing power and power providers, including performing inspections and navigating utility codes. Strong relationships with power providers and knowledge of utility regulations are highly desirable. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of small cell infrastructure to enhance network performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of experience implementing and managing the construction of small cells in the public right of way
Highly proficient in RF engineering
Experience managing power and power providers (performing inspections, driving power providers as best they can; helpful if they have relationships/knowledge navigating utility codes)
No required technologies or platforms; need to be highly proficient in RF
