• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Legal, Product, and other stakeholders to develop compelling and compliant proposals.
• Support the development of reusable bid content and templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Content and Governance Manager to create self-serve guidance and tools for Sales teams.
• Review, refine, and rebrand existing bid management documentation and processes to ensure clarity, usability, and alignment with current business needs.
• Write step-by-step engagement guides for Sales, outlining tools, processes, and best practices for bid involvement—formatted for upload into Highspot.
• Contribute to internal thought leadership around public sector bid management, including the delivery of a few educational sessions for Sales and Enablement teams.
• Track and report on bid progress, risks, and outcomes, contributing to post-bid reviews and continuous improvement.
• Maintain bid documentation and ensure adherence to internal governance and approval processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
