Job Description

The Real Estate Specialist III will serve as a versatile contributor across various real estate project types, including modifications, new builds, and macro sites. This role is focused on driving projects through the real estate lifecycle by:
• Supporting project execution and milestone tracking
• Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Assisting with property management tasks
• Filing reports and documentation accurately

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5+ years of telecom real estate management experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once
• Familiarity with project tracking and reporting processes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

The Real Estate Specialist III will serve as a versatile contributor across various real estate project types, including modifications, new builds, and macro sites. This role is focused on driving projects through the real estate lifecycle by:
• Supporting project execution and milestone tracking
• Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Assisting with property management tasks
• Filing reports and documentation accurately
• Following a clearly defined process to move projects through completion stages
• Tracking progress using project management tools (e.g., FUZE, Salesforce)
