Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Quant Finance Analyst responsible for developing and implementing advanced quantitative models and solutions to support effective risk and capital management across retail and wealth management businesses. Key activities include:

- Converting risk models into efficient, high-quality production code, automating calculations, and ensuring accuracy.
- Architecting, maintaining, and enhancing quantitative tools, libraries, and analytical processes on strategic platforms.
- Collaborating with model owners and stakeholders to deliver solutions that support risk and capital management objectives.
- Supporting infrastructure improvements to optimize computational resources and expand quantitative capabilities.
- Producing clear, standardized documentation to support stakeholder understanding, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.

This role requires strong technical expertise, collaborative engagement, and a disciplined approach to model development and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years experience Expert in Spark and Python on Spark (Scala is strongly desired),
- 3+ years exp as a model developer
Must have experience with recent and historic versions of Spark and Python, minimum of 6-7 year old versions back.
Experience with Performance Tuning
Must have experience with extremely large data
Must have experience with extremely large-scale migration
Maters of PhD in Math, Econ, Stats, or similar discipline
