Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead/Project Manager to oversee and drive successful delivery of technology initiatives across multiple teams and workstreams. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for end‑to‑end execution, including planning, coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery of business outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate across business, technology, and vendor partners. The Delivery Lead will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development Teams, and Program/Portfolio Management to ensure alignment and remove impediments

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or program leadership roles.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid delivery models.
Ability to create and maintain:
Delivery roadmaps
Status reports
Milestone plans
RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Experience driving delivery across cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, architecture, DevOps, business partners).
Leadership & Coordination
Experience leading daily/weekly delivery ceremonies:
Standups
Backlog refinement
Sprint planning
Release planning
Retrospectives
Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong working relationships.
Skilled at removing impediments, escalating when needed, and ensuring teams stay focused on priorities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
