Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for one of our large financial clients. This person will have a strategy and change management role focused on initiatives and projects revolving around AI. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, a history of successful project management and execution, and experience managing technical implementation and testing, as well as communicating with executive leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Influence decisions and outcomes through effective communications, adjusting style and personalizes messages to best connect with others.
• Communicate and interact with key stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to provide updates and ensure appropriate project governance.
• Ability to connect business outcomes with operational and technology considerations.
• Strong detail orientation and willingness to synthesize diverse ideas into tangible action plans.

This role will be expected to be performed on-site at least 3 days per week at the client's facilities in Charlotte, NC.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Change Management experience within financial services space / Experience in Markets, ideally managing testing a deployment effort of the strategic change.
• Agile Experience
• Analytical Mindset, data driven, and strong attention to detail.
• Innovative, creative, thought leader able to thrive in a fast paced, continually changing and complex environment.
• Proven project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, from concept ideation, through socialization, planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence, negotiate, persuade, and resolve conflict at all levels.
• Have strong planning and organizational skills, accepting accountability for tasks and ability to balance a high volume of work under pressure.
• Proficiency in various Project and Portfolio Management Tools is a plus (i.e. PPRT, JIRA, QC, Visio, MS Project, etc.)
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
• Problem solving skills and intellectually curious.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred or equivalent business experience.
