Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a sharp Project Manager for a large financial client in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule 3x/week. These individuals will be joining a Financial Controls team within the Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology line of business focused on Core Finance Applications. These individuals will be responsible for collaborating with business, technology, & data partners across the bank to understand competing priorities, dependencies, and high-level requirements/objectives. Individual will track program milestones, tracking & advising program scope, dependencies, timelines, financials, and change controls.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 8+ years' experience in an IT organization/environment as a Project Manager
Self-driven leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results and demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in priorities with ease
Strong executive presence and communication skills needed to partner with, establish credibility with and influence key stakeholders in a heavily matrixed environment.
Jira experience
Agile methodology / Scrum experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

At least 5+ years' business analysis experience
BAC Change Management (or equivalent); familiarity with BAC Enterprise Data Management (eDIM)
Prior experience in CFO/Treasury/Markets/Finance
