We are looking for a Project Coordinator for one of our Financial Real-Estate companies in Charlotte, NC. This role involves managing project tasks and supporting strategic planning across multiple workstreams. This position involves assisting with project identification, documentation, and initiation, while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership. The Coordinator will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and support critical projects that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategic initiatives across the Infrastructure & Operations team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to increase adoption of services and strategies.
Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations clearly.
Act as a liaison between employees, consultants, and vendors to ensure effective coordination.
Facilitate communication among project participants to expedite processes and resolve issues.
Compile and analyze data for reporting and distribute findings in a timely manner.
Monitor project timelines and ensure meetings are scheduled and conducted as planned.
Track project costs and report discrepancies to Project Managers.
Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for meetings.
Record and distribute detailed meeting minutes, maintain schedules, and track action items.
Document and follow up on decisions and action items from meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
