Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Production Support Analyst to join one of our customers in Charlotte NC or Plano TX. The role is hybrid 3 days on-site.
Plan and manage the release lifecycle, including scheduling, coordination, and release readiness assessments for product releases.
- Work closely with agile teams, ensuring alignment between sprint goals and release objectives.
- Facilitate release planning meetings to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of release timelines and scope.
-Serve as a primary point of contact for all release activities, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders regarding release scope, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize release activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the release process, working with teams to ensure potential issues are addressed early.
- Ensure the quality and stability of each release by defining release criteria, managing regression testing, and validating post-release performance.
- Implement and refine processes to optimize release activities and improve efficiency.
- Conduct post-release reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements. -
- Manage and maintain release environments, coordinating with Deployment teams to ensure consistency across development, staging, and production environments.
- Maintain release-related documentation, including release plans, schedules, notes, and retrospectives.
- Ensure releases comply with organizational policies, quality standards, and any relevant regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and system requirements.
Utilize Oracle PL/SQL for data analysis, querying, and reporting. Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback between business users and development teams. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

Pay is 70.24/hour.

Required Skills & Experience

1.) 5+ years of practical experience with ASG Rocket beCubic (formerly beCubic) or equivalent metadata-management tools
2.) Strong background in RDBMS technologies: Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server (schema design)
3.) Hands-on experience with at least one major ETL tool (Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, SSIS)
4.) Proficiency in SQL for data profiling, lineage validation, and custom metadata extraction
5.) Solid grasp of data governance concepts, data-quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA
