Insight Global is looking for an experienced Product Owner for one of our large clients. This individual will lead the strategic direction and execution of our B2B e-commerce platform in their assigned area of responsibility. This role resides within our clients Digital Experience organization and will oversee product vision, roadmap development, and feature prioritization for our mission-critical e-commerce platform that serves our global customer base. The successful candidate will drive product innovation, collaborate across functions, and ensure our platform meets the evolving needs of our diverse customer community.
Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for the assigned area of responsibility for our B2B e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and customer needs
Partner with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define feature requirements and user stories
Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the development team
Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform future product decisions
Stay current on B2B e-commerce trends and best practices
Advocate for the customer experience throughout the development process
Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond

3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in B2B e-commerce or distribution
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
Familiarity with Buy Online, Pickup In Store (BOPIS) functionality and delivering exceptional digital experiences for an international customer base outside the United States
Experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms (e.g. HCL Commerce, Optimizely)
Background in industrial, tech, consumer goods, or similar sectors
