Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Process Manager to drive the rollout and adoption of standardized processes across our Infrastructure and Application Production Support teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys problem-solving, and excels at guiding teams through change. You will play a key role in ensuring operational consistency, improving process effectiveness, and fostering alignment between production support teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead process rollout and adoption: Partner with strategic and cross-functional leaders to drive consistent implementation of standardized processes across multiple teams and organizations.
• Understand and remove barriers: Work closely with teams to identify challenges, resolve roadblocks, and help achieve operational goals.
• Promote alignment and visibility: Act as a connector between production support teams and executive leadership to ensure transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders—including those contributing part-time to process efforts—while balancing empathy with accountability.
• APS and triage team collaboration: Partner with APS and triage groups to ensure new processes are relevant, practical, and effective.
• Data-driven process management: Track and analyze tool usage, process effectiveness, and adoption metrics through data analytics.
• Tool integration: Support the deployment and optimization of systems such as Change Management tools, Service Request platforms, and SOW tracking systems.
• Hands-on engagement: Spend time working directly with teams to understand workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
• Sprint planning: Help define and prioritize deliverables within 3–4 week sprint cycles to ensure timely progress and measurable outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in process management, organizational change, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of production support environments, particularly Application Production Support teams.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, driving buy-in and adoption across teams.
• Skilled in data analytics and process tracking to measure performance and effectiveness.
• Familiarity with Change Management, Service Request, and SOW tracking systems.
• Experience working with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working in a highly interactive, non-desk-based environment that values proactive engagement and collaboration.
