Job Description

Own and run the Compliance Operations project portfolio in a fast‑moving fintech environment. Build structure, drive execution, and use AI to automate how work is planned, tracked, and communicated. Act as the command center for compliance initiatives—keeping leadership informed, teams aligned, and delivery on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end‑to‑end portfolio management for Compliance Operations initiatives
Build and manage intake, prioritization, and capacity planning for all incoming work
Design and run core operating cadences (weekly portfolio reviews, bi‑weekly sprint planning, quarterly planning)
Drive execution across cross‑functional teams (Product, Analytics, Training, Content, Quality, Finance)
Maintain executive‑ready dashboards showing RAG status, milestones, risks, and budget impacts
Deliver clear, concise, high‑signal status updates in a Slack‑first environment
Serve as the escalation point for blocked or off‑track work and drive resolution
Partner with FP&A to connect the portfolio to budget planning and change management
Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Glean) to automate reporting, workflows, and coordination
Configure Jira/Asana automations and notifications to reduce manual overhead
Communicate wins, launches, and milestones across the organization
