Job Description
A client of insight global is looking for a plumber to support their hospital facility in Charlotte, NC. This role is a hands-on facilities plumbing position in a hospital setting where you’ll maintain and repair plumbing and critical systems like water, mechanical, and medical gas infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service calls to keep the facility fully operational and safe. It’s a fast-paced, team-oriented role that combines technical skill, problem-solving, and reliability in a high-impact environment. Hours of operation for this plumber are 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday with rotating weekend shifts every 4 weeks.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with commercial plumbing, installation, and maintenance
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and good communication skills
• Longevity in previous roles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous healthcare experience
• Medical gas certification- or open to getting, Novant would pay for it
