Job Description
• Manage multiple pharmacy and healthcare technology projects from planning through implementation, including timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and status reporting.
• Partner with pharmacy leadership, IT teams, operational stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects and drive completion of action items.
• Lead pharmacy technology initiatives, including automation, workflow optimization, and third-party application integrations with Epic and other healthcare systems.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and project outcomes while ensuring PMO governance standards are met.
• Provide executive updates, escalate risks as needed, and serve as the liaison between Pharmacy Operations and IT.
Support implementations such as Epic Point of Sale, BD Parata, SamaCare Prior Auth, and Eyecon Prescription Filling.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of healthcare Project Management experience
• PMP Certification
• Experience leading technology implementations and managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in pharmacy-related projects or strong understanding of pharmacy workflows (inpatient, ambulatory, and/or specialty pharmacy).
Experience with Epic-adjacent technologies, pharmacy automation, or Omnicell systems.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Pharmacy operations, pharmacy informatics, or specialty pharmacy experience.
• Healthcare PMO experience.
• Experience with Epic integrations, third-party application implementations, and system upgrades.
• Experience with Omnicell, BD Parata, SamaCare, Eyecon, ServiceNow, or similar healthcare technologies.
Prior roles such as Pharmacy Technician, BD Project Manager, Pyxis Project Manager, or Epic Project Manager
