An employer is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to work in Charlotte, NC. This position will be a hybrid role, spending two days in-office and three days remotely during the week. The company currently utilizes PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. This role will work closely with the business units to understand new business requirements, design, develop, and test application modifications to optimize PeopleSoft and related production applications. This individual will be responsible for application enhancements, troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
* Provide support for development, test, and production environments
* Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
* Administer PeopleSoft security
* Participate in the development and implementation of processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity
* Create custom processes, reports and functionality using SQRs, Application Engines, Component Interfaces, Workflow, PeopleCode, and Fluid development
* Create/maintain documentation to support new and existing functionality
* Assist IT and other departmental staff in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and end user needs to support business requirements
* Analyze customizations and reapply, if necessary, during system updates/patching
* Analyze performance and correct deficiencies
* Coordinate the implementation of system updates with business owners
