Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS contractor to support our financial client’s transformation initiatives. The contractor will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle FCCS solutions to support consolidation, close, and reporting processes. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and hands-on experience with Oracle’s EPM Cloud suite. This role is 3x onsite open to Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Jersey City, NJ.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years with in Oracle EPM Cloud
• Minimum 1 full FCCS implementation and support
• Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes
• Hands-on expertise in FCCS metadata, rules, calculations and data mappings
• Experience with data integration tools (Data Management, Data Integration, EPM automate, or FDMEE)
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools (Management Reports, Smart View, FR).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial consolidation concepts (intercompany eliminations, currency translation, journal adjustments, and Equity Pick up)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification in FCCS or related modules
• Experience with other oracle EPM modules (PBCS, EDMCS, ARCS)
• Background in consulting or project-based work
