We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Network Cost Quoting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing off-net services, ensuring competitive pricing, and maintaining strong relationships with third-party providers. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, financial acumen, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This person will be responsible for reviewing and responding to internal quote requests and provide pricing for off-net services. They will negotiate rates, terms, conditions, and SLAs and ensure compliance with company policies and objectives. They will assist with maintaining contracts by updating rate cards, building lists, network maps, escalation lists, and other vendor information, Expand network coverage and capabilities by identifying new off-net providers, Validate billing to contracts, handle escalations/CPI, reconciliations, disputes, and wrongful billing.

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related experience.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in telecom cost analysis, carrier relations, pricing or procurement or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of telecom products and services to include Ethernet, IP, Wavelengths and Dark Fiber.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Communicate effectively and influence internal resources and external stakeholders at all experience levels.
Ability to analyze and define problems, prioritize workflow, multitask, meet deadlines, and remain flexible.
Ability to think through project dependencies and complexities to find creative ways to solve potential problems.
