The Role:
As a Marketing Campaign Operations Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and scaling a self-service campaign operations model to streamline campaign execution and reporting. You will develop robust processes, documentation, and workflows that empower internal stakeholders to launch campaigns efficiently while maintaining consistency and compliance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a self-service campaign operations model for marketing campaigns, enabling internal teams to execute campaigns independently.
Create comprehensive end-to-end process documentation, including detailed workflows for campaign execution, approval procedures, and compliance checkpoints.
Develop step-by-step instructional guides on how to execute marketing campaigns using key platforms, including Pardot, Stensul, and Salesforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless execution.
Build campaign asset templates (workflows, emails, forms, etc.) that are reusable or replicable.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within marketing operations.
Provide training and ongoing support to campaign stakeholders, ensuring adoption and effectiveness of the self-service model.
Monitor and refine operational frameworks to improve execution speed, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows across marketing teams.
