Compelling opportunity for an Analyst who has a strong interest in how the firm drives and maintains compliance in a perpetually evolving regulatory environment. This Analyst will continuously improve and maintain an existing database, with the additional opportunity to collaborate across teams and organizations within the firm to build and document robust internal tools, controls, and processes. Candidates will have a unique opportunity to grow in their career by learning about regulatory environments not only within the Americas but also in EMEA and APAC regions, which culminates in building a professional network across the globe. This role is a flexible hybrid role, with a minimum in-office expectation and ability to responsibly work remote.
Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the Regulatory Requirements Traceability (RRT) "Blueprint" database, which is a critical piece of high-visibility documentation that supports the firm's compliance with existing and new regulations. This includes but is not limited to implementing changes made to internal interpretation of regulatory rules and working with product Subject Matter Experts ("SMEs") across Global Liquidity Management ("GLM") to ensure they are educated and comfortable updating relevant documentation.
Reconcile business-as-usual ("BAU") changes to regulatory reporting against existing documentation, ensuring all compliance decisions and procedures are being maintained in real time. Work with teammates who initiate these changes to understand and analyze how they will affect compliance status. Perform version-over-version analysis that clearly indicates any change that has happened to high-risk regulatory reports, and ensure teammates are making correct updates.
Produce accurate reporting for Annual Reviews of the RRT "Blueprint" system, which is viewed by Treasury senior leadership.
Raise concerns with and/or recommend updates to existing controls to ensure our documentation is always improving in an accurate and well-controlled manner.
