Labor Management Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Labor Management Manager for one of our large clients. This person will act as a decision maker for labor efficiency within the Take 5 Car Wash division. This role will be primarily responsible for building and enhancing the labor model for the Car Wash portfolio. This will require an overall understanding of labor management, data analytical software's, and car wash operations. They will be primarily pulling, analyzing, and inputting data within excel, Qlik, Tableau, workday, and Logile This individual will be analyzing volume and projected volume, average wages, dollars spent, and actual number of hours worked and determine how to maximize labor efficiency and capacity. Communication is key as this person will be responsible for interacting with executives on a weekly basis.

BA/BS Degree or equivalent degree preferred
3+ years of experience in business analytics, labor management, business processes and Operations
Proficient within Excel (pivot tables and most formula functions)
HRIS knowledge and experience, workday is preferred
Experience using data analytics softwares (Qlik and Tableau)
Ability to present findings and ideas to executive level leadership
