Insight Global is looking for a Junior BA/PO to join and innovative delivery team. In this role, you will focus on understanding technical architecture, identifying technical debt, and working closely with senior product leaders and engineers to implement effective solutions. Responsibilities include:
Technical Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, understanding the underlying technical architecture and identifying areas for improvement.
Process and Data Flow Analysis: Analyze process and data flow gaps, working with senior product leaders and engineers to implement effective solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product peers, design experts, program leaders, and engineering partners to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Documentation: Create thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and remediation plans.
Support Product Delivery: Assist in the delivery of digital solutions by facilitating demos, overseeing user acceptance testing, and coordinating relevant training efforts.
AI Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
AI Integration: Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and risk management strategies.
AI Inventory Workflow and Management: Support the workflow and management of AI inventory, ensuring proper tracking, utilization, and maintenance of AI assets.

3 years of experience with at least 2 different roles as a Product Owner / Business Analyst
Knowledge of Agile framework and Scrum technical competence
Ability to author detailed technical documentation, specifications, process flows and remediation plans
Strong experience working in JIRA
Maintain the tool and use cases, workflow approval, risk process, etc.
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with senior leadership
Experience managing AI inventory workflow and ensuring proper utilization and maintenance of AI assets
Experience building reports and dashboards in PowerBI
