Job Description
Project manager for a project portfolio less than $2 million delivering banking management reporting internal applications through an agile development team. Produce and update project control artifacts and reports. Achieve project scope, budget, and quality objectives. Identify and resolve project execution blockers. Comply with enterprise technical project delivery standards and drive project quality. Partner and communicate with project stakeholders including product owners, business analysts, technical management, software engineers, peer delivery leads, and the project management office. This role is 3x onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years in technology project management or technology delivery delivering application development for internal company use
• Banking and financial experience
• Experience using Jira, Microsoft suite (Powerpoint, Office , Excel)
• Technical degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experienced in managing and contributing to the full end to end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Previous back office Financial/ budgeting/ resource allocation experience
