Job Description

Job Description: As an IT Program Manager, you will support our data team and manage up to 2 to 3 projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for management within the Global Financial Crimes Technology sector. Your role will involve creating and executing project plans, integrating with various partners, and ensuring compliance with enterprise change management requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial forecasts and variances.
Create, maintain, and execute project plans.
Integrate with project, technology, and business partners to manage projects proactively.
Execute on Enterprise Change Management requirements.
Facilitate communication, influence, and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain agreement between partners.
Establish and provide supporting documentation for governance routines.
Utilize strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial management.
Manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
Apply knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Utilize strong knowledge of financial principles.
Foster strong collaboration among team members and help solve problems.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, including analytical and presentation skills.
Synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Demonstrate high-level credibility with executives and business partners; influence, negotiate, and drive results.
High-level understanding of BAC Enterprise Change Standards is a plus.
Work independently with limited supervision.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6+ years of experience as an IT Program Manager.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience working on data heavy related projects.
Experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
High level of credibility with executives and business partners.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Experience in financial services, particularly in banking, is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Nice to Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
