A client is looking for an IT Assets Management Analyst to sit onsite 5 days a week in Charlotte, NC. This resource will be working on mobile asset management and analysis. In addition to keeping inventory and management of the assets, this resource will be customer facing dealing with external customers for their mobile devices, computers, and peripherals. This resource will be cleaning up the carrier accounts, making sure info in Ivanti (ticketing system) is correct, and using excel to organize and analyze the data. As the role progresses, there will be focus on hardware and software as well. This person will learn the ins and outs of ITAM process of all assets, but the focus will be to help clean up data and help improve and ensure processes are being followed.
