Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple infrastructure initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. This individual will manage projects end-to-end, partnering with technical teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate has a strong project management foundation, understands core infrastructure technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing numerous concurrent projects with varying priorities and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from project initiation through implementation and closeout.
Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure projects, typically ranging from 3–4 months in duration, with clearly defined scopes and frequent project turnover.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, budgets, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate efforts across infrastructure teams including Cloud, Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Network, Database, and Data Center Operations.
Partner with application teams and technical SMEs to support large-scale infrastructure initiatives impacting hundreds of applications and stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, track action items, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across teams.
Ensure effective change management practices are followed throughout project execution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while escalating concerns as appropriate.
Provide regular executive-level status reporting and communicate project health, milestones, and roadblocks.
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of Project Management experience, preferably managing infrastructure-focused initiatives.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including:
Servers and operating systems
Networking concepts
Databases
Cloud platforms
Infrastructure migrations
Data center technologies
Experience delivering projects from initiation through deployment with minimal oversight.
Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to Agile methodologies and Agile project environments.
Business Analyst background supporting infrastructure or technology projects.
PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure programs involving numerous application teams and stakeholders.
