Insight Global is looking to hire on 1 Facilities Maintenance Technician. A successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address facility-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
- Basic carpentry
- Fixing any repairs pertaining to: fixing flooring, drywall, plaster and painting
- Provide support for other facility-related tasks as needed.

- At least 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work first shift (6am-2:30pm)
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic carpentry skills
- Experience working for manufacturing/production facilities
