Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an ETL Tester to one of our financial service customers. This resource will be working extensively with database testing, data validations, scripting, automation and much more. This resource needs to have advanced experience with SQL, professional experience utilizing AI to help automate testing and an advance understanding of moving and matching data based on processing.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10 years with database testing
• Advance SQL skills
• ETL validations
• Automation background
• Python scripting
• Understanding of AI agents and how to use them (copilot, claude, codex)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
INTERNAL NOTES:
- Hackerrank assessment that will be focused on SQL and data validations
- Then an onsite technical interview
- Manager blocks everyday 4-5 off for interviews
