Job Description
Lead Revenue Cycle workstreams for a large-scale facility integration within Epic.
Coordinate discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live activities across operational and technical teams.
Drive Epic Revenue Cycle integration efforts, ensuring alignment across front-end and back-end workflows.
Manage patient backload activities, including planning, validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Lead charge testing and validation efforts to ensure accurate revenue capture and system functionality.
Partner with Revenue Cycle, IT, Epic, and operational stakeholders to keep project milestones on track.
Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while providing regular status updates.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and remove barriers impacting project progress.
Support go-live readiness planning and coordinate issue resolution leading up to March 2027 implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of healthcare Project Management experience.
Strong Epic Revenue Cycle experience, including integration projects.
Experience supporting facility integrations, mergers, or large-scale Epic implementations.
Hands-on experience with patient backloads, charge testing, and validation.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle workflows from front-end through back-end.
Experience working within both ambulatory and acute care environments.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and project teams simultaneously.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to quickly ramp up and contribute immediately with minimal training.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP Certification.
Prior experience managing Enterprise Epic integrations or hospital acquisitions.
Epic Revenue Cycle certification or extensive Epic Revenue Cycle build exposure.
Experience working directly with Epic application teams during implementations and go-lives.
Strong knowledge of testing strategy, cutover planning, and go-live support.
Experience leading large healthcare transformation initiatives.
