Job Description

This Epic PB Analyst responsible for the configuration and implementation of new clinics within the Epic system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all workflows. This role focuses on building and maintaining essential components such as Department (DEP), Enterprise Access Framework (EAF), and supporting charge review and claim edit work queues (WQs). Additionally, the position supports Community Connect initiatives to extend Epic capabilities to affiliated organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and build new clinic structures in Epic, including DEP and EAF settings.
• Set up and validate charge review and claim edit work queues to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure proper clinic setup.
• Support Community Connect implementations, providing guidance and technical expertise to partner organizations.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for all new builds to ensure system integrity and workflow efficiency.
Document build processes and maintain configuration standards for scalability and consistency.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
• Epic PB Certification
• 3+ years of experience within the Epic PB space
• Experience with Epic build and configuration (DEP, EAF, WQs).
• Experience working within Community Connect
• Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, including charge review and claim edits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
