Job Description
• Manage and support MyChart operations, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction.
• Contribute to the growth and development of Care Companion features.
• Ensure clinical accuracy in self-triage and tune-up e-check-ins and questionnaires.
• Work on Epic's video client integration.
• Handle tasks related to new upgrades, with one currently in the works and another in July.
Collaborate with marketing and digital experience teams to enhance patient engagement.

• 5+ years of MyChart Analyst experience
• Epic MyChart Cert for 5+ years
• Upgrade experience
• Troubleshooting/Investigation experience
- Questionnaire and E-Check In experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Epic Ambulatory and/or Cadence Cert
• Care Companion/Care Journey experience preferred
• Hello World experience preferred
• Growth and integration experience preferred
• AI experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
