Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Business Analyst for one of our top financial services clients. This candidate will be joining an established Financial Technology group within the Risk and Finance Technology space. In the role, this individual will be responsible for leading and supporting change management daily duties (including in-house CRQ administration and Remedy navigation based on SDLCs). Additionally, this individual will be responsible for creating action steps from both formal and informal meetings with Executives and Stakeholders to include items like slide deck preparation, talking point consolidations, Excel trackers, etc. The ideal candidate will be confident and have proven ability to take on the occasional scrum master responsibilities such as managing standups, backlog reviews, and typical agile ceremonies. Lastly, this individual must have excellent communication and presentation skills, as they will be presenting to Business and Technology Executives on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in project management, delivery lead, or related roles
Working knowledge of Change Management and associated governance controls (CRQ administration, Remedy navigation based on SDLC, etc.)
Experience driving process standardization, metrics, and best practices
Strong experience performing data analysis and reporting using Excel (including PivotTables), Tableau, and/or SQL
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
Exceptional in-person and interpersonal / presentation skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Proven ability to take on scrum master responsibilities when needed (managing standups, backlog reviews, and typical agile ceremonies)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background working in Treasury/Finance/Accounting
Degree in Financial/Managerial Accounting
Strong reporting background
Audit experience from regulatory or internal space, including experience with MRA, MRIA, RIAI, SIAI.
