A client of Insight Global is looking for a credit processor to assist their team and work with credit balances. This processor will work with self-pay and government payors on a daily basis. They will work within epic and have work queues and have potential to be assigned to specific payors to work on. Other responsibilities include work on audits of payments payors have made, through credit balances, speak with insurance companies or work within their portal, work through spreadsheets, and be able to adapt to the constant changing workflow. This is a short term 3 month contract with potential to convert full time. Once the processor is trained they have the option to pick a schedule that works for them- 4x10s, 5x8s, etc. This processor needs to be good at multi-tasking, inquisitive, can think outside of the box, willing to learn, and flexible with change. We are looking for candidates to be local to the charlotte market in order to pick up equipment and if need be get trained in person.

* High school diploma
* Ability to multi task, willing to learn/be trained, willing to think outside the box and be flexible
