The CFO Data Management (CFO DM) Capital Loans team supports Treasury users of retail and wholesale loan data with a primary focus of ensuring the data consumed by Enterprise Capital Management (ECM) is fit for purpose and facilitating the sourcing of new data based on new or changing regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include triaging and remediating data incidents, performing data analysis, and performing impact analysis stemming from data updates. Job expectations include helping in defining access and ownership of data by domain, conducting quality control, and overseeing data maintenance. This is an individual contributor role.
Key Priorities:
Analyze Loans data from upstream providers to ensure the base data is accurate, complete, and fit for use in critical Regulatory Capital reports and internal analyses by the ECM team in Treasury
Leverage subject matter expertise (SME) on Loans products and standard analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.) to identify data issues and trends quickly, and communicate findings to key stakeholders within CFO DM, upstream data providers, and downstream Treasury LOBs at the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience
Manage relationships with diverse data partners and technology teams to support initiative work within tight timelines
Collaborate with PMO Leads to provide updates on project timelines, deliverables and obstacles / challenges
Partner with upstream data providers and technology teams to test/approve data fixes, enhancements and upstream migrations impacting the Capital data supply chain
Help triage and resolve data incidents in a timely manner
Unwind SQL and ETL layers in Oracle database to perform root cause analysis, understand logic/derivations, and work with internal and upstream tech partners to resolve issues in a timely fashion
Operational Excellence Seek out and actively engage in opportunities to streamline and improve processes

Capital markets product knowledge (specifically banking products)
Commercial loans experience
Knowledge and prior experience with Regulatory Reporting / Capital
Banking or Financial Experience
Familiarity with Bank of America Enterprise Data Management Policy & Standards
BI Tools (PowerPivot, Tableau)
Reconciliation experience
Data Warehouse experience
