Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will oversee both single and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development and initiation to close-out.
• Manage all aspects of complex small to medium-sized projects or routine large projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Oversee multiple small to medium projects concurrently, maintaining oversight and ensuring quality standards.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in marketing efforts, contractual negotiations, and design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in collaboration with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload distribution across project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Monitor and track financial aspects of projects, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation; adjust work efforts as needed to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business Leadership for periodic project reviews and reporting.
• Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Perform additional duties as required to support project success.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years as a PM in a Civil or Structural environment
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
