One of our top financial services clients is looking for a Change Management Project Manager to support their Treasury & Strategic Forecasting Technology’s Portfolio Management and Governance function. This role offers line of sight into how strategic vision is being delivered (i.e. constantly aligned with strategic vision of the bank and the technology changes required). This provides a unique opportunity to work with management and stakeholders across the organization. The team is responsible for portfolio health / delivery reporting and routines, JIRA governance, financial planning / analysis, change management, ad hoc data analysis, and executive communications.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7-10+ years Change Management experience, Portfolio or Project management experience within financial services industry
• Prior experience leading large scale program and project efforts at Bank of America or other global financial services organization
• Demonstrated strength of communication skills at the senior executive level
• Ability to plan and direct routines and reporting to drive accountability, transparency and collaboration
• Excels at adapting to changing business needs with ability to balance multiple competing priorities in an extremely dynamic environment
• Ability to inspire an audience with diverse business objectives to agree upon and move forward on concepts and recommendation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Practical working knowledge of Change Management standards at Bank of America or other global financial services organization
• Practical working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and tools including JIRA and Confluence
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Treasury domain experience, including capital, liquidity, and treasury management.
- Technical background, preferably within the Bank of America environment.
- Experience with portfolio management, governance routines, management reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Experience supporting Treasury leadership, ideally within organizations reporting to the Bank Treasurer.
- Strong financial analysis, planning, and annual initiative planning/prioritization experience.
