We seek a candidate to help with the maintenance of physical hardware in our Charlotte lab, combined with experience in software installation and configuration.
Prepare Physical ATM hardware for test:
Ensure all devices operative and in good working condition prior to test. Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams). Diagnose networking / connectivity issues
Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians.
Install and Configure Software:
Install software to Physical ATMS using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM). Install software to Virtual Machines. Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines. Review software installations for success/failure and remediate failures. Install software to Physical ATMS using remote distribution tools (SCCM).
