Monitor and review daily tenant payments via ClickPay software system (and subsequent import into MRI)
Assist Property Managers with initial Tenant set-up of ClickPay software system
Process bi-weekly Accounts Payable via AvidXchange software system (and subsequently import into MRI)
Process limited weekly Accounts Payable via MRI and Yardi
Processing bank deposits and online remote deposit capture (RDC)
Process online payment transactions as needed
Review and process corporate credit card expense reimbursements
Calculate monthly Tenant utility cost reimbursement allocations
Calculate monthly and quarterly corporate reimbursement invoices
Collection and organization of vendor W-9 forms
Confirming and verifying treasury transactions
Process monthly tenant late fee calculations
Process monthly management fee calculations
Assist with new projects (set-up bank account & accounting software
Assist with inquiries/requests from lenders, owners and external parties
Annual 1099 processing and filing
Assist with annual budget process (inputting in MRI & updating tenant billings)
Assist with annual TICAM reconciliation process (documentation, invoices)
Assist with special projects as requested
