Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Admin Assistant for one of our largest financial customers in the Charlotte market. This individual will provide specialized support for the Staff Counsel Operations team with a focus on process, documentation, technology, and administrative support. Duties include fulfilling simple support requests, triaging and escalating complex requests, monitoring action items and following up, data entry, filing, and documentation. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with legal matter and document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools like SLACK and Box is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Legal Operations within a law firm or inhouse
Intermediate technology knowledge within matter management systems, documentation management systems, M365, Sharepoint, Excel
Document lifecycle management experience

Relational database experience (SQL)

PM background
