Job Description

Join our team working on the design and development of next-generation Meraki and Enterprise Routing systems. As a Signal Integrity Engineer, you will contribute to system design, simulation, and validation, collaborating with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and analysis of high-speed digital and analog systems from concept through to production.
Support signal integrity simulations using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate with hardware, layout, and validation teams to resolve technical issues.
Contribute to documentation, data analysis, and correlation of simulation and lab measurements.
Participate in technical discussions with guidance from senior team members.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in signal integrity or hardware design (internships/co-op experience included).
Basic knowledge of transmission line theory and high-speed circuit fundamentals.
Familiarity with simulation tools such as SPICE, HSPICE, or similar.
Exposure to 2D/3D field solver tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, Q2D, Q3D) is a plus.
Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDR, or VNA is desirable.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Motivation to learn and solve technical challenges.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IBIS and SPICE simulation tools.
Exposure to high-speed interface technologies (e.g., SerDes, LVDS, CML).
Coursework or project experience in signal integrity, power noise analysis, or related fields.
