Job Description

A Technical Project Manager for our client's Site Integrations Team provides project oversight for infrastructure integration efforts resulting from capital efforts, infrastructure refresh efforts, and business growth initiatives impacting Tech Services. The TPM will be a Tech Services ambassador collaborating closely with Facilities, Security, Finance, outside vendors, suppliers, and design firms. The TPM will ensure that Tech Services standards are followed for each engagement.

• Provides coverage for vendor engagements and aligns critical project systems design with manufacturing resources and solutions.
• Coordinates technical requirements lockdown for each project.
• Ensures that electrical and cooling standards that affect AV and IT infrastructure systems are in place for each engagement.
• Drives technical design efforts for IT, AV, and network cabling infrastructure to completion.
• Tracks hardware orders for IT infrastructure, AV, and network cabling components.
• Coordinates and schedules IT infrastructure, AV infrastructure, and hardware staging work sessions between Site Integrations, Network Infrastructure, and Media Systems teams.
• Coordinates and schedules all technical trades.
• Validates milestones and schedules with accountable teams like Network Infrastructure, Media Systems, Security, and local IT support teams.
• Assist the Security team with programming security devices.
• Supervise and sign off on network cabling installation efforts by network cabling vendors.
• Coordinates, schedules, and signs off on internet circuit installs with connectivity brokers and ISPs.
• Manages project metrics, including change orders and labor utilization.
• Conducted and coordinated site walkthroughs to estimate project scope and complexity.
• Develops consulting estimations and deliverables, including budgets, RFP, and project schedules.
• Escalates critical risks to IT management and follows through with mitigating the risks.
• Identifies, certifies, and onboards qualified contractors to support projects.
• Tracks the financial status of individual projects.
• Tracks RFPs and coordinates vendor contract awards for IT infrastructure, AV infrastructure, network cabling, and AV integrators.
• Manages transitions until integrators are onboard, including site coordination with General Contractors.
• Coordinates with other project management teams to ensure that information flows and is accurately conveyed to the local project teams and business owners.
• Acts as a central point of reporting for AV, IT infrastructure, and network cabling for all integration projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing infrastructure integration projects (IT, AV, network cabling).
• Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams (Network Infrastructure, Media Systems, Security, Facilities).
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee technical trades.
• Experience with technical design and requirements gathering for IT and AV systems.
• Familiarity with electrical and cooling standards impacting infrastructure.
• Skilled in tracking hardware orders and managing installation schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for external stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead weekly and biweekly technical calls with SMEs and partner teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with internet circuit installations and working with ISPs.
• Background in AV integration and sign-off processes.
• Experience managing financial tracking for individual projects.
• Ability to act as a central reporting point for AV, IT infrastructure, and network cabling.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and other project management teams.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for consulting deliverables.
