Insight Global is seeking highly organized Service Coordinator to support one of our security integrator clients in Cary, NC. This coordinator will be responsible for managing service requests, scheduling, coordinating with technicians and ensuring timely and efficient service deliveries to clients. This position has the ability to be hybrid up to 4 days a week.

- Experience with coordinating, scheduling, and booking orders at a large scale
- Experience in an integrator/service environment
- Experience managing contracts throughout the entire lifecycle
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in excel, workbook and other relevant spreadsheets
