Job Description

A large softwar and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE Senior Talent Relations Manager to join an influencer team. You will be responsible for managing relationships and activations with high profile talent out-of-game, and top content creators inside, including gifting and hospitality programs for celebrity fans and managing high profile influencers. Looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and who are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about internet and pop culture and have a history of excellent work in marketing, communications or partnerships disciplines.
In this role you will
Act as a key point of contact for high profile talent management and agents
Work with agencies and vendors to produce small-medium events and in-person hospitality opportunities for high profile talent
Ideate and execute on strategic out-of-game partnerships and/or sponsorships that put the game in the center of pop culture
Keep the team CRM and project tracker up to date
Handle day to day communications and approvals with high profile partners
Manage global gifting program
Occasionally travel domestically and internationally for key events
Work with legal and finance teams to see key contracts through to completion
Work cross functionally with marketing, partnerships, communications, community and social teams
Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes either by working directly with team and stakeholders, or if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years experience excelling in marketing, partnerships, influencer and communications work. (Ideally background from a PR or Marketing Agency)
Experience working with high profile/celebrity talent, industry leading content creators, or large events.
Up to date with pop culture and internet culture.
Excited about the intersection of gaming, music, entertainment, and sports.
Deep understanding of gaming and what makes it culturally relevant.
Strong operator and executor with exceptional planning and organizational skills
Demonstrable experience of being highly agile, collaborative and results-driven while under pressure.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company.
Youre ultra responsive, solutions-focused, and innovative.
You have high EQ and excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
