A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMTOE - Publishing Operations Producer. The Publishing Operations team aims to connect users to those experiences to players via amazing marketing assets both in game, platforms and touchpoints.
What youll do
You will be responsible for planning, requesting, and deploying marketing assets on First-Party storefronts. You will focus on the accurate and timely publishing of 1P storefront assets across various products. Looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and have a history of working within operations environments.
In this role you will
Act as the publishing operationss primary point of contact for First Party store update requests.
Manage the intake of store update requests, tracking what is needed from request
through publishing via the teams project management system
Ensure all art assets, videos, and copy updates are requested for each product update.
Ensure all assets have been checked to match the specs and localizations needed.
Publish art assets, screenshots, videos, and copy across multiple storefronts and products.
Create and document publishing production processes and meetings.
Coordinate with marketing, creative services, and localization teams as needed to define asset needs and support asset production and publishing across all languages.
Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes
either by working directly with team and stakeholders, or if unresolvable at that level,
by escalating to your lead

2-3 years doing the work outlined above in a fast-paced publishing environment
Deep understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management practices
