A large gaming and software company is seeking a Privacy Program Analyst. This position focuses on reviewing privacy assessments related to both third party and internal services and ensuring the ongoing accuracy of company-wide records related to engagements involving personal information.
Responsibilities may include reviewing existing and incoming data for completeness and accuracy, and assisting in iterating and refining existing workflows, maintaining operations on automations, performing troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Assist in collection of third party and internal service records related to privacy, primarily through review and appropriate interpretation and handling of privacy assessments
Review existing records and conduct clean up efforts for accuracy and completeness, as needed
Help refine documentation of project requirements, including technical, business and security requirements
Track progress of project tasks against the project plans
Identify and escalate any obstacles and risks to the projects, and develop and execute mitigation plans
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
