Job Description

A large software and gaming company is looking for a highly skilled Privacy Program Manager / OneTrust Consultant to lead the implementation of a risk-based privacy assessment framework within OneTrust. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in privacy risk methodologies, automation, and OneTrust configuration. Youll be instrumental in defining and operationalizing risk scoring models that will drive automation and efficiency across the privacy program.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) within OneTrust, including risk methodology design and automation.
Define and implement risk assessment methodologies, including scoring formulas and thresholds.
Configure and test risk ratings in OneTrust, ensuring they align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to understand current landscape and future needs.
Develop a roadmap and strategy for risk rating implementation and automation.
Set up test assessments, gather feedback, and iterate before full deployment.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of assessments and risk scoring post-launch.
Provide ongoing support and guidance via Slack and other collaboration tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, engineering, and product.

Day to Day:
Conduct interviews and gather requirements for risk methodology.
Create and socialize a roadmap for implementing risk ratings in OneTrust.
Spend 100% of time in OneTrust, configuring and testing risk models.
Ensure assessments are properly applying risk ratings and are user-friendly.
Monitor adoption and provide support to ensure successful rollout.
Act as the go-to expert for privacy risk scoring and OneTrust configuration.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven expertise in OneTrust, particularly in implementing PIAs and risk ratings.
Strong experience in privacy risk assessments and defining risk assessment methodologies.
Ability to define risk rating formulas to then implement and automate within OneTrust.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous Privacy Program Experience and/or Privacy Risk Assessment Experience.
Experience with JIRA for program-level tracking and status reporting.
