Job Description

A large software and gaming company is looking for a Remote Marketing Manager to work across multiple projects. This person will be a major contributor to the marketing campaigns for multiple titles crafting and executing cross-functional G2M plans.

Responsibilities:
•Contribute to the marketing strategy and roadmap for promoting experiences from the ecosystem, identifying high-impact opportunities that drive discovery, engagement, and growth.
•Lead end-to-end integrated marketing planning for key beats—setting goals, defining audiences and messaging, and aligning channel strategy.
•Coordinate with Cross-Functional teams and external partners to deliver great campaigns.
•Ensure marketing plans are updated and ready for review at appropriate milestones.
•Establish performance measurement frameworks and reporting standards; synthesize campaign insights into clear narratives and recommendations that speak to whether something 'worked' or didn't.
•Brief and review assets from conception to shipping.

Required Skills & Experience

•3-5+ Years of experience as a Marketing Manager most recently in gaming (end-to-end games marketing experience).
•Experience leading marketing for a platform, storefront, or ecosystem, with a strong understanding of creator economies and discovery-driven products.
•Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of large, concurrent initiatives—prioritizing effectively and delivering measurable outcomes.
•Proven judgment in balancing resourcing constraints and competing priorities; comfortable making tradeoffs and clearly informing stakeholders to drive alignment.
•Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience partnering directly with product and development teams.
•Rapidly building clear, concise, high-quality narratives and presentations for management to inform and drive clear decision making.
•Familiarity with UEFN
•Comfortable in G suite including solid PPT/Google Slides skills along with doing basic formulas in Google Sheets

•Experience working with International Teams
