A large software and gaming company is looking for a remote EST - Producer to join a Publishing Prouction team. This Producer will support the execution of marketing campaigns that bring our products to life. In this role, you will partner with Marketing to manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning through launch, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are achieved. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align teams on
strategy, resolve risks and roadblocks, and keep teams on schedule and connected to the larger vision. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and excels at driving complex campaigns at a rapid pace.
In this role, you will
Own and manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns for a product, from initial planning through launch and post-launch support
Serve as the central point of contact between product, marketing, and development teams, maintaining clear communication of roadmap updates, priorities, and
progress.
Track campaign schedules and deliverables across creative, publishing, and external partners, identifying risks and resolving roadblocks proactively
Contribute to process improvements that help the publishing team work more efficiently.
Organize and communicate roadmap updates (e.g., Airtable) by translating high-level strategies into actionable plans. Activate and rally cross-functional teams
at key moments to ensure they have the clarity and resources needed to execute

5-7+ years of experience in production, project management, and marketing campaign operations, coming from a fast-paced company at an agency, game studio, or entertainment.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch.
Experience in publishing, marketing, gaming, and technology-driven organization
Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver on time
A proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions
Strong communicator who builds trust and alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to lead cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence, motivating them to achieve ambitious goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverablesand even find a more efficient path forward
