Job Description

A large gaming company is looking for a REMOTE EST Producer within Creative Services, and organization that aims to connect users to those experiences to players via amazing marketing assets both in-game, platforms, and touchpoints. Whether through community outreach, world-class events, or partnership integrations, the Creative Services team delivers creative to surprise players with new experiences every time they drop in to play first-party products (games).

What You’ll do: As a member of the team, you will help bring Game experiences to players. You will focus on ensuring teams have updated and accurate information available via the project management and coordination tools. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and have a history of working within marketing environments.

In this role, you will
● Track progress on first-party product production from Vis ID development through delivery of final static assets with teams. Help plan and design production efforts against these by creating project plans, scheduling meetings, taking notes, scoping resourcing needs, and otherwise helping the team stay organized and on track.
● Work with internal Partnerships teams and external IP holders to understand rights and approvals processes for licensed promotional materials.
● Coordinate with marketing, community, and localization teams to define asset needs and support weekly communications across all languages
● Gather specs and messaging to create, track, localize, and deliver static assets for the global Publishing team. This can include assets for social channels, in-game, websites, merchandising and swag, and platform stores.
● Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes either by working directly with the team and stakeholders or if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead.

Required Skills & Experience

●5–7 years doing the work outlined above in a fast-paced graphics environment (coming from a large gaming company, agency, or TV/Film production working with 2D assets)
● A deep understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management practices.
● Ability to drive high velocity, high-impact development cycles, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision.
● Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically and exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
● Strong project management and organizational skills.
● Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and lead teams to perform above and beyond.
● Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company
● You’re user-focused, solutions-focused, and innovative
● Personable—develops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster excellent communication
● Self-starter able to create tracking systems to ensure the extended team is updated on project status at all times
● Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverables—and even find a more efficient path forward
● Highly organized with excellent production management skills
● A keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC a myriad of assets
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
