A large software and gaming company is looking for a Remote EST Capture Production Coordinator to join a growing capture coordinator team.
This person will:
Manage the production of major video assets while working closely with project Producers and Capture Artists.
Work alongside Producers to maintain shooting schedules throughout production.
Work closely with the Gameplay Capture artists to create shotlists and delegate work.
Support Capture Technicians in reporting bugs, and project blockers
Work and communicate effectively with other team members and leads to ensure
everyone is aligned on creative direction.
Work with other Production Coordinators and Gameplay Capture team to determine
staffing requirements.
Provide feedback to the creative team to make sure all requirements have been met
before handing off to editorial and production.
Ability to mentor and provide guidance to other Production Coordinators on gameplay
capture production standards, project planning, and project prioritization.

2-5 years experience as a Production Coordinator within capture teams
Experience with project management software such as Wrike.
Highly organized with excellent production management skills.
Experience communicating and implementing new production strategies.
Understanding of capture workflow and production processes.
A deep understanding of trailer production.
Ability to remain calm and confident in an environment that changes rapidly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with a large
team.
