A large gaming and software company is looking for an Associate Producer to joing a growing team within Creative Services. This person will focus on ensuring teams have updated and accurate information available via the project
management and coordination tools. Looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and have a history of working within marketing environments.
In this role, you will
Work on print, OOH and POSA (point of sale activation) projects in coordination with producers.
Track progress on first-party product production to help plan publishing production efforts against these by creating project plans, scheduling meetings, taking notes, scoping resourcing needs, and otherwise helping the team stay organized and on track.
Coordinate with marketing, community, and localization teams to define asset needs and support weekly communications across all languages
Gather specs and messaging to create, track, localize, and deliver assets for the global Publishing team. This can include assets for social channels, in-game, websites, merchandising and swag, and platform stores.
Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes either by working directly with the team and stakeholders or if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead.

2-4 years doing the work outlined in a fast-paced graphics environment.
Experience in print, OOH or packaging production and coming from an Agency, Gaming and/or Consumer Packaged Goods company.
An understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management
Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically and exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and lead teams to perform above and beyond.
Personable--develops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster excellent communication
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverables--and even find a more efficient path forward
Highly organized with excellent production management skills
A keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC a myriad of assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
